Cookie Policy for Elite Virtual Employee

Last updated: 29 September 2026

1. Introduction

This Cookie Policy explains how Elite Virtual Employee ("we", "us") uses cookies and similar technologies on https://www.elitevirtualemployee.com, which of them need your consent, and how you can change your choice at any time.

It should be read together with our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle personal information more generally.

2. What Are Cookies?

Cookies are small text files that a website stores in your browser. They let the site remember things between pages or visits, such as your preferences.

Websites can also store information in your browser using technologies like local storage and session storage. In this policy, "cookies" covers all of these. Cookies set by the website you are visiting are first-party cookies; cookies set by another company's service on that website are third-party cookies.

3. How We Use Cookies

We use a small number of necessary cookies that the website needs to work. These are always on.

With your consent, we also use analytics cookies to understand how visitors use the site, and functional technology to play our video testimonials from YouTube.

No optional cookie or third-party script is loaded until you have made a choice. If you reject optional cookies, or have not chosen yet, only necessary cookies are used. We do not use advertising or marketing cookies of our own.

4. Cookie Categories

Necessary (always on)

Needed for the site to function: remembering your cookie choice, keeping a chat conversation open while you browse, carrying information between pages of a form, and keeping our staff signed in to the admin area.

Analytics (only with your consent)

Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity help us understand which pages are visited, where visitors come from, and how people use the site (for example clicks, scrolling and session replays), so we can improve it.

Functional (only with your consent)

Embedded content from other websites. Our video testimonials are hosted on YouTube; the video player only loads if you allow this category.

Durations are the longest a cookie is kept; browsers limit cookies to a maximum of 400 days. Providers can change their cookies, and we review this list when we change the tools we use.

5. Third-Party Technologies

Google Analytics (Google LLC) and Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft Corporation) load only after you accept Analytics. When Clarity loads, Microsoft also sets cookies on its own domains (clarity.ms and bing.com), including identifiers Microsoft may use for its own advertising and measurement. We tell Google that advertising storage is not allowed. See Google's Privacy Policy and the Microsoft Privacy Statement.

YouTube (Google LLC) plays our video testimonials in privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com), and only after you allow Functional cookies. Until then, no request is made to YouTube; you can still watch the videos on YouTube directly.

Some parts of the site use services that set no cookies: technology logos are loaded from cdn.simpleicons.org, and the WhatsApp button is a plain link that opens WhatsApp only if you click it. Your browser's IP address is sent to the logo service when those images load, as with any image on the web. Fonts are served from our own website.

6. Managing Cookie Preferences

When you first visit, a banner lets you Accept All, Reject All, or Manage Preferences to switch each optional category on or off.

You can change your choice at any time using "Cookie Preferences" at the bottom of every page, or the button below. If you withdraw consent for Analytics, the analytics scripts stop loading and we delete the analytics cookies stored on our own domain. Cookies that Microsoft or Google stored on their own domains can only be removed through your browser settings.

You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking necessary cookies may stop parts of the site, such as remembering your cookie choice, from working.

7. How Long Consent Is Remembered

Your choice is stored in your browser for 6 months. After that it expires, optional technologies stop loading, and we ask you again.

We also ask again if we add or remove a cookie category, so that an earlier choice never covers something new.

8. Changes to the Cookie Policy

We may update this Cookie Policy when we change the technologies we use or when the law requires it. The date at the top shows when it was last updated.
